Every step of the way, she will offer emotional support and elbow grease as together you discover and work to overcome the challenges that are causing the clutter. And once the space is completed, she will help you implement a workable system to follow to keep it clutter-free, making your home a more comfortable place to live.

Will you work with me or just coach me?
In an ideal scenario, we will work together to declutter, sort, and reorganize your rooms. But if you are unable to help during our scheduled sessions, I can work on my own and give you “homework” between sessions for you to make decisions on specific belongings. Of course, if you or a friend or family member wants to help, the job will probably get done faster, saving you money in the long run.

How do I get started?
Contact me and let me know what room(s) you'd like me to help you get organized and a little bit of your why. Include the times of day when I can best reach you by phone so we can have an initial conversation to see if we're a good fit. If all goes well, we will schedule the in-home consultation during that call.

What happens at the in-home consultation?
We will take a look at the area or areas of concern we discussed on the phone and talk about your needs and desires for the space. Then I will determine a plan of action, create a good-faith estimate of the time frame needed to complete the project, and hopefully schedule our first few work sessions.

It's actually better if you don't! I want to see how the space is, and isn't, working for you on a daily basis.

Will my sessions be confidential?
Absolutely! Everything discussed, from our initial phone conversation through our final work session, is between us. As a member of the National Association of Productivity & Organizing Professionals (NAPO), I follow their Code of Ethics.

What forms of payment do you accept?
I accept cash, credit cards, Apple Pay, and Android Pay. Payment is due at the end of each work session (each day).

What if I only need you for a few hours?
That’s perfectly fine! There is a minimum of 3 hours for each project.

I don't live in the area, but my local family member needs some help.

Ideally, you and I would have an initial phone conversation, followed by a phone conversation with your family member, during which time we can schedule an in-home consultation. I would do my standard assessment of the problem areas and share the results with your family member (and with you, with your loved one's permission) and go from there.
